Xchanging with us is easy as 1... 2... 3!

1. Clean, sanitize and wash all of the clothes, shoes, linens and fashion accessories that you would like considered for an Xchange.

2. Bring those items into our boutique during our normal Xchange hours Tuesday through Friday from 10am-5pm. 

3. We will go through your items while you shop and award you with valuable store credit to complete your sale! 

10 MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:


1. What items are you looking for?


   We are always looking for clothing and shoes that are clean and in awesome resalable condition. We accept ALL SEASONS, ALL BRANDS, AND ALL SIZES FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY! Beginning Jan. 2, 2018 we will begin to consider LARGE TOYS, BABY ACCESSORIES, HOME DECOR & SMALL FURNISHINGS.



2. Is this merchandise used?


   Most of our items come from you! WE occasionally have NEW HANDBAGS and NEW FASHION ACCESSORIES to compliment the outstanding selection of gently used, new to you merchandise that we offer to you on a regular basis.



3. Do you wash your clothing before you sell it?


   We take careful consideration at EACH AND EVERY XCHANGE! It is a MUST that ALL items that are considered for our boutique are CLEAN and FREE FROM ANY DAMAGE or extreme wear and tear. Items that display ODORS, STAINS, or above average normal wear WILL NOT be accepted! It is required that ALL items are washed and/or sanitized within 5 days of them being considered for an Xchange by the customer as we do not wash the items in house. This is to ensure the cleanliness and freshness of our boutique and the items that you purchase from us.



4. How much credit do you give for your items?


   Our boutique is a new boutique EVERYDAY! Because our 5,000+ valued customers Xchange with us daily, it is very hard to give quotes for items that are unseen and not presented in person. Our offer for the same type of merchandise can vary greatly dependent upon the needs of our inventory in that moment. The best way to know what you will receive for your items is come in during normal Xchange hours Monday through Friday 10-5. Generally, you will receive at least 20% of what we are going to attempt to sell an item for. 



5. Do I need an appointment?


   Of course not! Our Xchange hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10am-5pm and no appointment is necessary. If these times do not work for you, we are happy to accommodate as best as we can. You may bring your items in at anytime during Xchange Hours for us to complete your Xchange. The complete process could take up to 7 business days to load the credit to your account. 6. Do you take items other than clothing?


   We are ALWAYS accepting clothing, shoes and fashionable items that compliment them such as handbags, jewelry, hats, scarves and other fashionable wearable accessories for Men, Women and Children! Sometimes we allow other items like Large Toys, Home Decor, Baby Accessories and Furnishings. Feel free to give us a call to see if we would be interested and When in doubt, bring it in!!!



7. Can I use my Xchange Credit on brand new items, sale items and how about Clearance items?


   You are able to use your store credit towards ALL FULL, SALE (up to 40% off) AND INDIVIDUAL CLEARANCE PRICED MERCHANDISE THAT IS NEW TO YOU!  Your Xchange Card AND Store Credit accounts are NOT valid on Brand New items, Lay-Aways and our popular Clearance Bag! You may not combine your store credit with reward points or any other offers. This policy is subject to change at any time dependent upon our current inventory. 



8. Can you hold this for me?


   Being in the resale business we have one of most everything and that keeps us unique! We feel the best way to be fair to everyone is to NOT OFFER HOLDS! We thank you for understanding this policy.



9. Do you have a return policy?


   OUR RETURN POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED: All returns are subject to a manager's approval. All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt within 5 business days of the date printed. All items returned must have the tags still attached. All returns result in merchandise credit. HANDBAGS, LAYAWAY, FASHION ACCESSORIES, JEWELRY AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE! A great rule of thumb is that if the item has a size, we will accept it as a returnable item. If the item does not have a size, it is non-refundable. 




10. Do you have Lay-Away?


   Our Layaway is a great way to take advantage of a one-day only sale, or stock up on some much needed sizes that are available when you are limited on cash. We offer a 30-90 day layaway with a minimum 25% non-refundable deposit for only $5 per month! Please note that layaway holds are NON-REFUNDABLE!
